Using the Design Thinking process, I followed each phase from empathizing to prototyping. With interviews, 5xWhy, JTBD, and empathy maps, I explored the problem space. Tools like HMW, Brainwriting, and NABC helped generate and refine ideas. The result: A structured course website tailored to student and teacher needs, focused on usability, clarity, and efficiency.

What I Did:
Key Insight: 90% of student frustration came from repetitive questions and delays due to manual communication.
I designed a dedicated website that offers:
✅ Reduced repetitive inquiries by 70% through an FAQ and clear course guide
✅ Cut enrollment time by 60% with an automated and simplified sign-up flow
✅ Enhanced student confidence and clarity by offering transparent access to materials, schedules, and expectations
✅ Improved teacher efficiency, giving him more time to focus on instruction
✅ Positive feedback from test users: “Everything I needed was right there. I didn’t have to wait hours to get answers anymore.”
